I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, with clean and extremely comfortable rooms offering fantastic views of the water. The staff was a bit hit or miss, but when I encountered Karina, she was very perky and friendly. The location was superb, right on the water front and close to restaurants and shopping. The dining experience was good, with a decent selection for breakfast.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were spacious, well-furnished, and very comfortable, with awesome views of the harbor and mountains. However, there were some issues with the booking system and getting a sea-view room was a challenge.
The hotel had rooms that were big with comfortable beds but too hot and with heat that couldn't be controlled individually. Despite this, the rooms had a warm, pleasant vibe. The service was mixed with some staff being uninterested and arrogant while others were extremely friendly and accommodating. The location was good, offering a comfortable place to relax with beautiful views of the nearby mountains and sea. The dining experience was terrific with a great selection, including made-to-order omelettes. The facilities were satisfactory.
