I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, with clean and extremely comfortable rooms offering fantastic views of the water. The staff was a bit hit or miss, but when I encountered Karina, she was very perky and friendly. The location was superb, right on the water front and close to restaurants and shopping. The dining experience was good, with a decent selection for breakfast.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were spacious, well-furnished, and very comfortable, with awesome views of the harbor and mountains. However, there were some issues with the booking system and getting a sea-view room was a challenge.
